Jasper de Waal Jasper de Waal became principle horn of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra in 2004. He studied at the Tilburg Conservatory with Herman Jeurissen and afterwards with Vincente Zarzo at the Royal Conservatory in the Hague where he graduated with distinction.
From 1990 to 2004 he was principle horn of the Residentie Orchestra in the Hague. He has given various recitals and master-classes and has performed as a soloist in Germany, the Czech Republic, Spain and France. He is a guest teacher at the Royal Conservatory in the Hague.
